The property was SPOTLESS from the moment we arrived, and it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority! One of my favorite touches was the 24/7 availability of tea and coffee, which made our stay feel even more comfortable and convenient. PLUS FREE GRAB TO GO BREAKFAST!! The parking was perfect and SECURE, and the surrounding area felt VERY SAFE and QUIET—PERFECT for families. What truly stood out, though, was the STAFF. EVERY interaction was PLEASANT, but I especially want to recognize a young man named AAndre who was working the night shift when we checked in. Despite our late arrival, he greeted us with a warm smile and genuine kindness. He was incredibly RESPECTFUL, PROFESSIONAL, and went above and beyond to accommodate our family, especially considering we have a child with special needs. His patience and willingness to help made a lasting impression on us!!! Thank you!! Overall, this was a FANTASTIC stay thanks to the cleanliness, peaceful environment, and truly amazing staff. "I had informed the property through Expedia that I would be doing a late check-in. However, still my booking was cancelled and no refund was provided. Hotel is blaming Expedia and Expedia is blaming hotel, but my money is gone."
