"We enjoyed our stay at the Turquoise Trail Bungalow. The house was very comfortable for my wife and I and our youngest son with his wife and new baby. Located near restaurants and markets, everything you need is just minutes away and the owners were communicative and helpful. I’m sure we will be staying again."

"The location was great. Backs right up to the foothills with hiking trails. Beautiful view of the city at night. The house itself was acceptable; however, it is an older property and many of the furnishings and fixtures reflect that. The bed linens were very thin and had visible stains. We also found old coffee grounds with mold left in the coffee pot. The owner was notified and did promptly deliver a new coffee pot the following morning, which was appreciated. The beds were adequate but as I said before, everything was old. Bathrooms was fine with no issues. The main issue during our stay was access to the property. The driveway is steep, unpaved, and deeply rutted, making it difficult to navigate. Both a small SUV and a midsize SUV struggled to get up the driveway. There is no practical street parking, as the home sits on a hill with no stairs to the entrance and rocky, uneven terrain. Guests with smaller vehicles may find access extremely challenging.Additionally, several sliding glass doors were difficult to lock and unlock due to their age. Communication with the owner was difficult at times, but he eventually responded. Would we stay here again, probably not due to access issues⸻"

"After a long drive, this fits the bill for an over night stay. Fresh air and nature. We slept in a comfy room with a view of the night sky. The outdoor bathroom is a very close walk and is lit at night. Robbie, our host was very nice and accommodating. "
