" All Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The room was clean. Overall very satisfied with the room. The pool also seemed well maintained. We enjoyed our stay!
On the down side, it was disappointing to see that there were NO bags in the garbage cans. Eco Friendly is one thing, but what about SANITATION Friendly for your guests and staff! That's just GROSS! Luckily we had a few plastic shopping bags that we could use as liners. Also guests should be offered printed room info-not everyone has a cell phone to access that important info! Thank you for reading! :)k"

"Staff was amazing. Very friendly. I loved the new changes with the front arrival arrea! Kids loved the indoor water park and the arcade. We nooked through this app but there was a switch up with our room. They were able to switch us to the room we needed. The addition of a few slot machines was a nice surprise as well. Overall was a very nice stay. "
