"The overall aspect of the property was misleading, the property wasn't of a standard that I would expect from a Vrbo property or any rental property, the cleanliness was far from acceptable, massive cobwebs in a few rooms, stains on carpets, rugs that we really a bad trip hazards, the one at the top of the stairs which we moved, sofa bed not fit for purpose, stains on bedding, dishwasher didn't clean properly, no welcome pack, lights in the small bedroom wasn't working, mold and grime build up...

"Really stand out support from the property team, at all hours! We had a few problems with the heating and one of the showers but the help we received was really quick and effective. The house was great with 2 really nice bedrooms and extra sofa beds. Had 2 really good nights sleep on the great mattress. Amazing location, so close to restaurants and fab board game cafe!
