"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.Balestrate est une ville très animée. Les gens sont souriants respectueux, gentils. On s’y sent bien.Il y a plein de choses à visiter aux alentours, la voiture est indispensable.La maison a tout pour passer un excellent séjour et est très confortable. La piscine est un bonus et un privilège.Mimo a été adorable, une personne très gentille et de bons conseils, l’accueil a été super.Nous recommandons les yeux fermés."

"Many thanks to Katuscia & family for such a welcoming and friendly environment. Ciro was a super contact point - warm, responsive, efficient, a real gent!The property is between 2 family-owned properties (one of which houses chickens, horse, dog), but we had ample privacy. It is safe and secure, with 2 sets of gates. Easy to get to Balestrate/beaches in 5 minutes by car, and surrounding regions too. Don’t bring an SUV or 4x4, as the roads are too narrow. The house is in good condition. It has all you need, helpfully stocked with olive oil, spices etc, appliances are easy to use. Lots of hand soap/towels, and there was a lovely welcome basket of essentials when we arrived. Plenty of bedsheets, and the lounge had a comfortable sofa and TV, and air-con worked perfectly. There is a decent supermarket 5 mins drive away, and a great range of restaurants. The pool is magnificent, and a great temperature every day. The garden has excellent spots to enjoy the sunshine, with many options for outdoor cooking and dining. Some things for future visitors. 1: the property is really 2.5 bedrooms - the single bedroom is very small, with no air-con but instead a fan. 2: light sleepers might find the cockerel next door disturbing (noisy from 4.45am),solved by closing shutters, turning air con up and using earplugs. 3: as you are staying on a family compound, you will also hear the very lively & loud parties next door on a weekend. None of this was a problem for us, and we had a lovely trip!"

"Wenn es an diesem Objekt etwas auszusetzen gibt ist es vielleicht der Anfahrtsweg für den ein kleiner SUV sehr zu empfehlen ist. Ansonsten erhält man hier ein sehr gepflegtes und ruhig gelegenes Feriendomizil das zum entspannen einlädt. Der Hausverwalter war sehr sympathisch und er war immer erreichbar. Egal ob es eine Frage zur Umgebung oder zum Haus gab, man bekam immer zügig eine Antwort oder entsprechende Unterstützung (vielen Dank Ciro!). Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würde es auch bei einem weiteren Besuch Siziliens selbst wieder Buchen. Ein kleiner Tipp, lasst euch auf den Tip des Hausverwaltees ein, lasst die Klimaanlage aus und nutzt die gute Durchlüftung des Hauses. Es hat gut funktioniert und man konnte Nachts ohne zusätzliche Kühlung ganz prima schlafen."

"Professor Imperato was the most gracious and helpful host! This honorable man literally treated us like family! Since I have mobility issues he went out of his way to seamlessly acquire a needed mobility scooter to assist with my disability! The villa was a pristine retreat close the beautiful ocean and the wonderful unique ambiance which is La Bella Sicilia!Grazie Antonio per tutti!"
