"The room was pretty clean but our family member in theirs still had poop stains in their toilet. Also the shower had brown spots. There is no maintence happening at that place. The front door mat disgustingly filthy. Haven't washed or switched out in a very long time. The lobby floor was so dirty. Ice machines on floors 2 and 3 not working. No enforcement on pool hours. Our kids couldnt even hang out at tge pool because people smoking marijauna. Breakfast eggs made with powder of some sort not fresh."

"Planned a slumber party for my nieces and nephew , staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. I wanted a place that would allow us to use fire pit for s’ mores and they definitely came through. 5 stars all around for customers service . Martha, front desk representative was so attentive to my needs and everyone’s favorite part of the night was the Fire pit with the s’mores . Thanks so much !!"

"The house was basic and enough to get us by for an out of town softball tournament. Would be comfortable for a small family. I did not like that the deadbolt on the front door was broken. The only lock was the code panel. House is in a clean neighborhood but I still worried about security at night - especially traveling alone with my daughter. I liked the gated parking and the small front yard was completely closed in so my dogs could go out in the morning without a leash. The host is very responsive."
