There are 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a double and a single bed, and one with bunk beds. There are 2 full bathrooms and a guest toilet with an adjacent laundry room on the ground floor. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals independently. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. There are 3 outdoor private parking spaces.



The outdoor areas are another highlight. A 1,500 m² private terraced garden in front of the house is perfect for relaxing and playing, maintained naturally and rich in the biodiversity of Mount Baldo. The porch is ideal for outdoor dining with a barbecue. The climate is mild in both summer and winter thanks to the lake breeze. The air is especially pure due to the absence of industry and agriculture.
