We really loved this hotel. Our room had a beautiful view and a great patio so the upgraded room is definitely worth every penny spent. It was an easy walk into San Vito and the beach so it was really perfect! Highly recommend this town and this hotel!

The properties was very rundown. I felt like I was staying in a rustic cabin. All of the furniture, bedding, appliances were extremely old. The shower is absolutely tiny. The pullout couch was old and dingy, and I felt terrible making my kids sleep on it. Ants crawled in from underneath the door gaps. The Wi-Fi did not work unless you were in the main office. I alerted the staff twice about this, and it was not resolved.The use of the pool requires buying a swim cap, which is absolutely ridiculous, and I’ve never encountered that before, and all of my world travels. The sprinklers on the patio came on in the morning and were shooting all over the patio and flooded it. The breakfast at the hotel above was good.

The property was convenient for the beach and the town. We had a pleasant sitting out area with a little garden. It was kept very clean and fresh towels were provided. But it did need some updating.

The check in time on the web said 05:00 pm which in fact was 03:00 pm. It also said there was no onsite parking when, in fact, there was. The breakfast was ok at best. The staff were great as well as the location.

Just arrived today. Have not slept yet but it's amazing. Perfect for families that just want to relax and keep kids entertained so many facilities and the guy was nice enough to say when we check out we are free to stay around at the pool and just hang out as we want for as long as we want. Lovely place. We had a flat with sea view which is recommended. 5 mins from beach and restaurants. Only minus is pool is closed between 1 pm and 4 pm where its most hot. We were there in mid October and restaurant was closed, seems every thing closed down slowly. But still a fantastic place and great main street by the beach for food and shopping. Highly recommend.

Seaview apartment wit balcony who neads a facelift

The hotel need a facelift. The service was very good. The bar is a joke and breakfast was terrible. Bed was ok, everything is clean. We had a nice seaview, the balcony was very nice but they nead better ans newer furniture on the balcony. Otherwise It could be a wonderful resort If they make a facelift.

The property is at the edge of the village. So much more calm and further away of the touristique center. Still in walking distance of the beach and the restaurants. The hotel is placed on a little hill and offers a fantastic view to the sea and the mountain. The appartment was spacious and very clean. What I didn‘t like was the loud music around the pool area. I felt like being in a club.

Location is great. Property and room are clean and well maintained. This property is way overpriced for what it offers. Adults and kids (everyone) has to wear swim caps to use pool…… Check in is at 5pm. Check out at 10am????? Check out guy was incredibly rude. There are better options if plan ahead.

Very outdated rooms, hey have you put on swimming cups while at the same time not making sure that all do the same - felt every unbalanced. I payed extra for an ocean view room but got nothing close to that. Pool closed much earlier than it needed to, water out of the faucets including showers was salty as if it was straight from the ocean.

Nice views and good location

Apartment like room. Nice and ample. View from the balcony was beautiful, specially at sunrise. It is close to the beach and town center. Nice pool, but didn't use it to lack of time. The property as a whole looks well. There are minor details to improve (some furnishings a bit worn out) but in general it was a nice stay.

We had a lovely stay here. So close to the beach, restaurants, port and shops. The room was basic but really nicely done - just the right size for us and great value for money, with comfortable beds, pillows and plenty of towels for us. The accommodation grounds were really well kept and a very beautiful setting to relax around the pool. The only down side was that you have to wear a swimming cap in the pool, which was quite annoying and so we didn’t bother to use it. The bar was also not open (I think this only opens in high season) - there was only vending machines. That said, the vending machines were very handy for water, beers and snacks, as the location itself lacks supermarkets (we only found one which was not open on the Sunday). We would have like to have had coffee supplies in the rooms, as the coffee vending machine did not take card and we didn’t have cash. The staff were very friendly and helpful! We would definitely return to stay here.
