Casa Vega C is a welcoming apartment that is part of an ancient country house in the characteristic style of the Apulian countryside. It sleeps four people. From Casa Vega C you will enjoy a nice view of the greenery and of the other buildings. Casa Vega C is 110 square meters (1200 square feet). It features two shared swimming pools, a private patio, two shared gardens, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access installed in the common areas (performance inside the unit may be limited).
You will be roughly 5 km (3.1 miles) from San Vito dei Normanni, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation.
Casa Vega C is located on the ground floor of an age-old stone house. You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Casa Vega C you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Casa Vega C is along a narrow road. Swimming Pool 1
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 15 meters (50 feet) long, 1.6 meters (5.2 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by characteristic wood roofs and by tall trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the garden. You will share the pool with guests staying at 11 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of April until the beginning of October, from 9 am to 7 pm.
Swimming Pool 2
The swimming pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 5 meters (16 feet) long, 60 centimeters (2 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs and sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by tall trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the garden. You will share the pool with guests staying at 11 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of April until the beginning of October, from 9 am to 7 pm.
Garden 1
The garden is 4000 square meters (43000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic olive trees and by tall trees. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Garden 2
The garden is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by citrus trees. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Living Room (Common Room)
The living room is paved with original stone tiles. The ceiling is made of stone and vaulted. The furnishings include sofas and armchairs. In this room you will find a grand piano (please contact us before making your reservation if you plan to use the piano, as we need to make sure that it is in working order). There is a big and age-old fireplace. The eight dining tables can accommodate 32 guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through two French doors. The room has four small high windows. The living room is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Parking
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.  Patio
The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery.
Living Room
The ceiling of the living room is made of stone and vaulted. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include armchairs and a desk. There is a big fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Mezzanine Level
In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it climbing 12 steps. Here you will find two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The ceiling boasts a star vault and has an height of 1.70 meters (5.6 feet) at its highest point and of 1.45 meters (4.7 feet) at its lowest point. The mezzanine has a small window and it has an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
