  • Beautiful house on three levels located on the trabocchi coast a few meters from the sea (turquoise cove) with the homonymous overflow. The property consists of 2 bedrooms, lounge with kitchen, bathroom and terrace with panoramic view, ideal for 4 people. Located a few kilometers from the splendid village of San Vito Chietino, it overlooks the Turchino cove, a small unspoiled and absolutely naturalistic beach.

Casa molto bella, pulita, non manca nulla.Proprieterio gentilissimo e disponibile sempre.A pochi passi dal mare e pur dovendo fare un brevissimo tratto (80 metri) di strada Adriatica, la posizione è strategica e ottimale per raggiungere la pista pedonale-ciclabile, la spiaggia libera oppure spingersi a quelle attrezzate o al noleggio bici o a qualche ristorante o in paese, tutto a piedi.Cani ammessi, naturalmente ben educati, la mia cagnolona è stata benissimo.Vista mare dal giardinetto, dal balconcino in camera e dallo stupendo terrazzo al piano alto.Da tornarci, grazie Gianluca.

Ben al di sopra di ogni aspettativa!

Soggiorno meraviglioso, Gianluca, il padrone di casa, non tratta le persone come "ospiti" ma come amici! Sempre attento ad ogni bisogno, mai invadente, gentilissimo. La casa è stupenda in posizione ottima, il posto: meraviglioso, la gente d'Abruzzo: fantastica! Tornerò sicuramente!

Struttura consigliatissima, ben tenuta, attrezzata, posizionata a 50 passi dalla cala turchino, proprietario disponibilissimo. A 3 minuti di macchina c'è ampia scelta per mangiare a prezzi giusti. Consigliamo "Trattoria la casereccia" e gelateria " Copa dè dora". Affittando una bicicletta o un risciò potrete fare anche una bella passeggiata lungo la costa dei trabocchi ed ammirare i bei panorami. Alla prossima volta!!!

siamo stati accolti dal proprietario che molto garbatamente ci ha illustrato la struttura e le principali informazioni sulla zona. La casa è situata a poche centinaia di metri dal mare, e, anche se praticamente su strada trafficata, gode di una certa tranquillità

Wunderschöner Blick auf das Meer

Gianluca ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter und sehr um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht. Im italienischen Hauptferienmonat August kann das Parken problematisch sein. Damit wir das Auto stehen lassen konnten, hat Gianluca uns zum Supermarkt gefahren und das mit einer kleinen Sightseeing-Tour in der näheren Umgebung verbunden. Vom Haus sind es maximal 5 Gehminuten zum wunderschönen Naturstrand, der natürlichen Schatten bietet. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse auf das Meer ist traumhaft. Daneben gibt es noch eine kleine Terrasse vor und neben dem Haus. Auf dem Fahrrad-/Fußgängerweg zwischen Meer und Küstenstraße kann man ungestört nach San Vito Marina gehen und dort einkaufen (kleiner Alimentari, Bäcker, Metzger) oder Essen gehen. Zu Fuß sind es 15 - 20 Minuten. Das Haus selbst ist sehr sauber und wurde liebevoll restauriert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Bar, an der man sich bedienen darf. Uns wäre eine gemütliche Sofaecke zum Ausspannen lieber gewesen. WLAN gibt es im Haus nicht und die Mobilfunkverbindung im Gebäude war nicht immer ausreichend vorhanden, Die Lage ist durch die Nähe zum Strand und zum Ort optimal. Die Küstenstraße kann störend sein. Der Lärm ist nicht zu unterschätzen, vor allem im August. Dessen sollte man sich bewusst sein.

Agréable séjour à San Vito

Nous avons eu un agréable séjour dans cette maison. Une belle terrasse est disponible sur le toit et la vue sur la mer est incroyable. La maison est sur le bord d'une route passante. Le village de San Vito en hauteur mérite une visite. Une marche de 30 minutes est suffisante pour y accéder. Il y a deux belvédères, un surplombant la mer et l'autre, des montagnes avec la neige éternelle. Très très beaux coups d'oeil. À 5 minutes de marche (attention aux Atos, la route est achalandée), une superbe plage (petites roches) nature et peu fréquentée s'offre à nous. Nous avons été se baigner deux fois et c'était super. Un Paradiso

La casa si trova in un angolo di Paradiso, con vista sul trabocco Turchino. Siamo stati accolti da Gianluca (il proprietario) che ci ha descritto la casa, tutto era come visionato dalle foto del sito, ma dal vivo è risultata più bella con tutti i confort. A circa cento metri c'è la discesa per la spiaggia del Turchino bellissima e con un'acqua trasparente. Ma ritornando alla casa, che dire siamo stati molto bene e Gianluca non ci ha fatto mancare niente.Dimenticavo, la casa ha una comodissima lavastoviglie e lavatrice, il top e sulla strada sottostante c'è il posto per la macchina...comodissimo.

La prima breve vacanza di famiglia

Soggiorno molto piacevole anche se breve, il primo con la bimba di 4 mesi. Il proprietario è stato davvero molto disponibile, gentile e accogliente, visto anche il periodo non semplice da gestire. La casa è bella e l'abbiamo trovata dotata di molti comfort e beni di prima necessità anche per la cucina. Un'esperienza davvero positiva

La casa era molto bella e ben curata, a pochi passi dal mare e con una vista stupenda. Il proprietario di casa e la sua famiglia sono stati davvero molto gentili e disponibili per qualsiasi necessità. Spero di tornare nuovamente nei prossimi anni. Assolutamente consigliato!

Casa bella ed in ordine . Posizione buona, in 5minuti a piedi si è al mare , inoltre passa una ciclabile /pedonale molto carina ricavata in una vecchia ferrovia che costeggia il mare perciò si possono visitare più spiagge senza dover prendere l’auto. Il proprietario molto gentile e discreto. Peccato che l’abitazione non abbia il parcheggio privato, ma nel complesso bella vacanza

Paradiso sul Turchino

La originale pietra arenaria dei muri della casa custodisce refrigerando gli ospiti i quali, dai terrazzini che si protendono verso l'azzurro mare, idealmente si tuffano per raggiungere il trabocco Turchino e le sue calette trasparenti. Un luogo che ti contagia con la sua poesia. Gianluca ti accoglie cordialmente nella sua casa, arredata e completa di ogni minimo dettaglio, gusto e storia. Grazie!!
