"Ther room was big for european standards, clean and very well decorated. The lobby has a great vibe with modern/artistic decor and an amazing view. The breakfast was great, with local products and the staff was amazing, she prepared a lot of the delicious food that was offered (I assume she was the owner/administrator). This is the hotel if you are visiting the Bolgheri area. "

"Great setting on top of a 22 story building overlooking the water. Well situated in the best area to be in Follonica. Annoying blinking light from motion sensor (I think) in room keeping us up most of the night. Mai’s room blanket after the first night, why?? Not including breakfast as the cards were not honored at restaurant across the street. Frustrating check in process, does not speak English."

"Our stay in San Vincenzo was the perfect place we needed to feel at home, relaxed and comfortable. Everything you need is in the home, and the owner Angela was available to answer any and all questions and is a wonderful host. The view from the door balcony was our favorite place to sit . eat and watch the view, The sea is just about 5 minutes by car, and all the hot spots of san vincenzo beach access is everywhere, of off via princess, and Baratti beach was worth the 10 minute drive. Parking is right by the house and the stay was cozy and inviting. Thank you Angela we really loved our time in San Vincenzo!"
