What a lovely hotel, clean and lovely newly renovated rooms, lovely little bar and pool on the roof with a view of the castle. Parking was available. Will definitely stay again

Excellent location for getting around Alicante and lovely hotel. Rooms large, clean with great amenities. Good breakfast options. Spa pool was nice to dip in but not for swimming. Lovely rooftop bar and view of castle from the pool.

We had a lovely stay! The room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities. The staff were very helpful, warm, and welcoming. We really appreciated being able to leave our luggage after check-out and come back later to collect it, which made things so convenient. There are also free hot drinks and juice available 24/7 at reception, plus plenty of free street parking nearby. We felt safe and well looked after throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Staff were super helpful particularly parking our car. Great locatioñ close to lots of food options.

the only complaint that I could have was if you were a staying for a week or two the storage areas for the kitchen are limited, there is nowhere but the cupboard with dishes in to put extra food, unless you put it above the fridge. Apart from that the apartments are lovely, bed is comfy and the staff are amazing, nothing is too much problem. Would definitely stay again.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The apartment had everything you needed, was a good size and well presented. The property was located perfectly to explore Alicante. We did experience some street noise during the nights, however this is to be expected in such a central location.

This hotel was well situated next to the train station which was the key factor for us as we were coming in and out via train - important to note that the city centre and beach is about a 20 minute walk away but it's very walkable and there are nearby shopping centres and food options. We did not have breakfast included on this trip.

This is a high quality hotel which has very well trained staff During my staff, one part of the hotel was being renovated and upgraded, and despite those renovation works, the staff worked hard to maintain the high level of service - and the hotel was still very clean and tidy

The hotel is well placed and easy to find. The staff at the reception are very helpful and the room was nice and clean with everything we needed. We had breakfast there qhich was very good and the service staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is very nice and easy distance to walk to the harbour or shops. Highly recommended.

Great hotel and staff. Lovely presentation and comfortable, but a long walk to the town and sights.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting alicante, Spain.
