- Fabulous luxury villa, renovated based on exclusive design by architect Stefano Zaghini from the renovation of an ancient water mill, surrounded by a mostly fenced-in two-hectare land. On the first floor: spectacular entrance hall with glass ceiling, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a double sofa bed, the other with a double bed large living room with flat screen TV (satellite) and large, fully appointed kitchen, outdoor patio with garden furnishing. On the ground floor: spa room with Jacuzzi, hammam and sauna. Three bathrooms. Infinity pool, active from April to October (heated on request, rate €25/day). Covered parking under a shed for two cars with electric car charging (payment on demand). Refined understated luxury finishes. Dogs welcome.
