Located in Avoscan-Sot Colarù-vare, in the heart of the Dolomites, Ciasa Civetta is a newly renovated 120 m² holiday home, perfect for up to 6 guests. It features 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a bunk bed, and 2 bathrooms with spacious showers. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and more. Enjoy ultra-fast fiber Wi-Fi, a 55-inch satellite TV with video on demand and Blu-ray player, washing machine, heating in every room, ski storage, and self check-in.
From July, a bike room will be available in the basement, with maintenance tools and a pressure washer. Outside, relax in the private garden or on the balcony, both offering stunning mountain views. A private barbecue is also at your disposal for outdoor dining, accompanied by the soothing sound of the river.
The property provides 2 shared parking spaces directly in front of the house and a bus stop just 20 meters away. Events are not allowed. For your safety, a video surveillance system monitors the entrance.
