I loved the hotel generally. The breakfast was nice. I checked in late in the evening on the day, to leave mid morning next day and noticed that the room had no drinking water in the fridge. There was no information when checking in that they don't provide a least a small bottle of water.

I equested an upper level room, upon check in I was told it would cost more and the elevator was not working. Ended up on 1st floor right across from restrooms which had 24hr access, which was very disruptive during night while trying to sleep. Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Chandler-Fashion Center AZ
Breakfast was same ole stuff, but plenty available. The rooms and property could use major updates. The staff were about rude as could be, never greeted me, never welcome, how are you. Like to ignore guests.
