3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with private heated pool, hot tub and golf course views. Located in the quiet community of Johnson Ranch amenities include, a full 18 hole golf course as well as 3 community pools. 50 min from Sky Harbor, 25 min from Phoenix-mesa Gateway, within walking distance of Fry’s, Walgreen's, McDonald's, Jack in the Box, Pizza Hut, Bank of America, Blockbuster and large variety of restaurants for both take out and eat in. Home is fully furnished and includes wireless internet (WiFi), cable and local phone calls.The home has a queen bed in the master bedroom with ensuite while the other 2 bedrooms are outfitted with a queen and 2 twin beds. Washer, dryer, dishwasher and air conditioning.

Attractions: Only a 30 min drive to Goldfield Ghost town and another 10 min from Canyon Lake. In the other direction, we are only 15 min from Casa Grande national monument ruins built by the Hohokam Indians.

It was amazing! We are from Colorado so having the pool and hot tub right outside the back door was wonderful! The house was immaculate. The air conditioning worked great and the amenities were awesome! Wade was wonderful! Any questions we had, he addressed immediately! Not that there were many, he was extremely informative about anything we would need to know about the house. If we find ourselves in Phoenix again, there is no question about where we stay again and I will definitely recommend this property to any friends!

Great view!

We had a great time at this property. It was very clean. We did have to make our bed as the dryer was acting up, but it was all dry when we got there. Very convieniently located to shops and restaurants. The only draw back was that the pool heater was not working, but there is a big hot tub so that was great!

A Very Relaxing Getaway

A great location if you want to get away and relax. The pool and hot tub were great. Backyard is a golf course. Neighborhood is very quiet. One thing to know, there is a grocery store and fast-food restaurants close by, but sit-down restaurants are 20 minutes away. I would stay here again if I am back in the area.

This is a lovely property with comfortable beds, a secluded backyard with a heated pool and large hot tub. This home is well appointed, though you might bring your own paper products and spices. Such a relaxing setting, with nearby grocery shopping. Wade made the checkin and checkout a breeze. It is a little drive from the airport, but I would definitely stay here again. A great get-away spot!
