"I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years this is the first time that the staff was not accommodating it felt like they were pushing me to purchase from the bar and not to utilize the happy hour or breakfast. I booked a higher level room and I had a lower level room my view was of the next floor extension there was no point looking out the window which is something I’ve always enjoyed at this hotel very disappointed since all the changes"
