- Full Renovation completed summer/fall of 2024 with new flooring in living room, dining room and kitchen.New Kitchen cabinets/countertops, lighting and appliances as well. 3 large bedrooms and a den. Steps to Johnson Ranch Golf Course~ a two min walk to clubhouse. Double attached garage, two full bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room & living room with big screen TV. The den also has a flat screen TV. The Master has a King sized bed, walkin closet & dresser drawers, the spare has queen size bed & dresser, the 3rd bedroom has a new queen sided bed. Heated pool with current jets & a waterfall feature. Washer n Dryer included. Towels, linens, pots n pans, patio furniture, BBQ, loungers included as well.
