"The room was clean and the hotel staff was incredibly gracious. Every staff member we encountered was able to communicate in Italian and English. The food in the restaurant was amazingly good. We had aperitifs at the bar and dined in the restaurant several nights during our stay. The staff was very hospitable and the drinks and food were always great. "

There was ample free parking, the breakfast was super (including delicious hot scrambled eggs and bacon) and the staff were incredibly helpful. "the stay was excellent. The service from Hotels.com was popor and gave rise to problems checking in. Great location in Piacenza. Key locations, venues all a shoirt walk away. Parking in the area is problematic."
