"The check in was a breeze. The breakfast was the typical breakfast in Italy with Italian cakes, cut up fruits, sliced local Kraft type cheese, yogurt, Italian croissants (home made), toast bread, and Italian cookies. "This is a small town in Italy away from everything. 4 hours and 2 trains from Rome. This bed and breakfast (coffee and croissant in the Centrale Bar in the piazza below) may be one of only a few places here to stay. They have no fast food chains in this town of about 12,000 but it is a slice of Italy that hasn't changed much in the last 50 years. The accommodations were very good but there is no staff onsite. "I’d like the fact it’s convenient to where our purpose of checking in. Clean room except no supplies for shower, it’s ok it’s only one night stayed, staff are amazing, breakfast is excellent, best of all free parking and safe. That’s the fourth time we stayed in Hotel Fini. Thank you for make it happen to our senior company one 90 and my husband turning 84. Keep a great job ."

"My wife and I were really looking forward to visiting this Masseria. As senior travelers we have visited many countries as well as visiting Italy on several occasions and we have stayed in many different establishments. We understand that every country has different standards and criteria. The room had several problems. The toilet seat hinges were broken making it very dangerous to use. An earlier repair had obviously failed. The towel hook in the bathroom had fallen off the wall previous to our visit and had been placed on a chair by itself. There were 2 lights in the bathroom, the one over the sink did not work making it very difficult to shave. Shortly after our arrival a large party of local residents arrived to celebrate a special occasion. The dinning room was set up for their lunch. In the meantime they used the common area by the pool for toasts and pictures before lunch. Some of the guests stayed in the common area drinking champagne and did not go into the dinning room. Children were also not interested in the lunch and played around the pool area instead. The common area became unusable for guests in the afternoon. We had booked dinner and were told it would be at 7:30. When 7:30 came most the local guest were still there seemingly not interested in leaving. By 8:30 we were served dinner. Based on our experiences it was quite disappointing and certainly not good value. Surprisingly also was that wine was not include and we were charged extra."

"We booked the hotel for the spa months before trip. We have been travelling for weeks in Italy and wanted to take two days to relax and sit in the spa. We also book a hotel based on there being a restaurant lounge and bar. All of which the hotel said it had. When we booked into our room, we asked how we got to the spa and they said it was not open. It had been closed. We had gotten no notification about this. We asked for the restaurant lounge and bar was told there is not one. Only a breakfast room. They didn’t seem to even care that the description and the information given to us was not correct. In the morning there was ants in the bathroom on the floor. We are on the third floor, so I’m not sure where they would’ve come from. Overall the whole 2 days was a complete disappointment. And I think that the hotel should do a better job with their description and was letting customers know if their amenities are not working. So for that of giving this Hotel a very bad review."

"We had clean towels every day. Bed §changed twice in our 8 day stay. the room was cleaned everyday right down to the blinds. The staff were all very pleasant but a special mention to the bar staff, Grazia and Michele who spent time translating our requests on their I phones and also to Antonio in reception who was very helpful. All in all a very pleasant stay and would recommend it to other people."
