There was no front desk staff to help with check in. Everything done through the app. I stored my luggage in the locker area before check in. The room itself was very nice and clean. The only issue I had was that the room was very hot and dry from the heaters, which couldn't be turned off. The AC was not operating. I contacted maintenance, but they could not resolve the issue. I had to keep the window/terrace door open at night. I used a fan that was in the room. I could barely sleep due to the heat. Not a good experience and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Overall a very nice hotel. The room was stylish and comfortable, but we'd have preferred more drawer space. Our other grumble is the paper cups for hot drinks.

Quirky hotel but so quiet. Quirky decor but LOVED our room, had private patios on both sides. Realized that we have to leave windows open to cool it off. Bed was comfy. Great location to the metro.

This hotel is really beautifully thought out and delivered. Its setting is superb, picturesque and peaceful. Its staff is super friendly and helpful. Its bed was comfortable for me and my pal and the bathroom was smart. V nice earthy posh soaps. And an excellent breakfast. Hearty recommend.
