Good for Del Norte pilgrims

Nice that it is located just a short distance from the Hendaye train station. Also nice coffee and food available for early morning starts

Hotel is situated beside the metro station for easy access to San Sebastian or Hendaye, clean and comfortable room with continental breakfast, i had an evening meal which was good also, cannot fault this hotel and it was ideal for my stay.

When I arrived for my Camino the kitchen was closed and the staff was very helpful to get me a sandwich and drink. The water pressure was great! The hotel needs some work but for the price and friendly staff it was excellent!

The bedroom and bathroom were nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The dinner in the restaurant was great. The only problem was that the bar was pretty loud and could be heard on fourth floor

Friendly and respecful staff. Neat spaces. The hotel is right by the French border and its a very convenient place to walk around and explore the rich culture and trasitions of this area. No A/C but temperature is cool inside the rooms.

Very basic hotel but ok for one night staying Very small bedroom but clean bedding and confortable bed Breakfast also very basic ..... you can have toast, croissant ou ham and cheese toast , orange juice, cofee and milk We had dinner at the restaurant .... we choose paella which was again very basic and almost like those frozen ones ... Staff was really lovely and helpfull This hotel will do for a one night stay if there are no other options as it was expensive for what they offer but you will be able to rest, have a shower and something to eat while travelling

Doesn’t look much from the outside, but 3rd floor room surprisingly bright, clean well-sized and comfortable, comfy bed, over-bath shower hot and powerful, delightful balcony. Staff most obliging, food and drink generous and fresh. Monday night end September no problem with noise from traffic or bar. Not a rural idyll, obviously, but if you need to get a train from Hendaye or Irún it’s perfect.

The walls in the room show visible damage for humidity and were unpainted The shower is very small and the shower head was loose. For the price is not good at all

Adequate but Unexceptional

The Aitana did a decent enough job for my single night stopover though, whilst clean and friendly enough, it lacks just a tad too much in the creature comfort stakes, ie, no air conditioning, and rather noisy. Not the worst by any stretch, but ultimately unmemorable.
