"Great location, staff and price but the AC is more like a wall controlled fan which didn’t really do the job in the Italian heat and the shower didn’t just stay hot/cold but jumped between when it wanted. Cannot say enough about the staff being wonderful and really easy to check in and out and the room was clean and had personal touches."

"Excellent apartment with kitchen, air-con, good bathroom, excellent Wi-Fi, clean, modern, etc. Brilliant location – a short walk from Porta Nuova train station, and next to the historic centre of Turin. Very quiet and restful. The welcome was cheerful, informative and smooth.
Our only 'negative' was the bed which, as with all fold-out sofa beds, was too soft/saggy for us... we prefer a firm bed, but not everyone is like us. Nevertheless, we'd happily stay here again,"
