New modern luxury condo on the top floor of the building with an spectacular view with 24/7 security, free assigned private parking, WIFI and AC. Located in one of the best beautiful safe locations of El Salvador "Escalon". There's grocery stores, restaurants, Beauty salon, theaters, Starbucks, pharmacy and many more all within a 5-10 minute drive or 15 minute walk.

Bedroom 1: King size bed, walk in closet, smart TV with cable and Netflix. Black out curtain, full bathroom (with hot water) inside and AC

Bedroom 2: Queen size bed , closet, black out curtain and AC.

Bedroom 3: 2 full beds, closet, black out curtain and AC.

Bathroom 2: fully equipped bathroom with hot water.

Wonderful visit

Loved the property! The view is great and location was perfect. Eduardo and Sara are quick to communicate. Having air conditioning in the rooms was nice and relaxing. Felt so safe here. Will definitely come back.

VACATION TRIP

Very clean, nice city view, quiet place to enjoy a relaxing moment. All the Secuity staff were nice. The FLATS it's located in a very good location with a lot of good restaurants and fast-food locations. I would recommend to any one and I will stay there again.

The place is very nice, close to a lot of good restaurants and fast-food locations. The place was very clean and always smelling good, I did really like it a lot. I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for nice place to enjoy a nice vacation THE FLATS is the place to stay. Eduardo was always available when I need to ask something. The Secuity staff were very nice and professionals. I really enjoyed my stay at THE FLATS. I would stay again at THE FLATS on my next vacation.
