"I was pleasantly surprised by this property. The room was nice - had a living area with a loveseat, coffee table, and TV, and a separate area for the beds. The breakfast was ok, cereal, toast, waffles, bananas. Great location in Llano - I walked to restaurants and shops. Very convenient to Enchanted Rock for hiking. The pool is small but was perfectly fine and clean and was welcome after a hot morning of hiking. I was greatly very nicely by the desk staff."

"Our Room was updated, a/c worked well, and it was pretty quiet. The entire place was sold out,.and we had no issues at all. Convenient parking, etc. Coffee is in the main office, and there are grab and go items for breakfast. We were happy with our stay, price, and staff. "

"The RV was super clean and comfy. Loved the fire pit! Fun for sitting out and star gazing (even in the summer heat) and small gas grill which was covered. Host is definitely the most! Attentive and accommodating. The pool area is really clean, shaded, well maintained, and has everything including floats. I gave it a 3 on accuracy because the pictures make it look like it's directly on the water but it isn't. Because of the drought, the lake level has severely receeded. However, it's a short golf...
