Great place! View from the patio is first rate. Same for the pool and gym. Owners and their on-site friend communicate well. Tennis, golf, and a couple of decent restos close. Best supermarket of our month long trip El Cortez Ingles 20 mins for good wines and just about anything else. 50 mins to Tarifa for kiteboading. Beach by lighthouse is a great sunset walk. Was perfect for us, Will stay again! Thanks for sharing your place.

Amazing Stay at Sotogrande Golf Links II La Hacienda

We came to Sotogrande for our daughter's summer camp and had an excellent stay at Hugues' apartment at Golf Links II La Hacienda subdivision. It is a gated community with access to a large pool, gym, and spa on the property. The view from the apartment is breathtaking, overlooking Gibraltar, the beach, and the lighthouse. It is very quiet during the day and at night. We really enjoyed staying on the terrace and admiring the view. The apartment has everything inside, and it is very clean, spacious, and modern. It was a perfect stay, and we would love to come back next year.

Paradise

So, we found a little bit of paradise in Cadiz. Tucked away in a gated golf-course community, this spacious and modern apartment became our oasis. It had stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, slivers of beautiful landscaping, a historic lighthouse (Faro Carbonera) to the left, the Rock of Gibraltar to the right, and a continuous storytelling of ships and boats moving along through the Strait. In five minutes, you can walk to the beach, which is emblematic of the pristine and wild Costa de Luz. There is a large public pool, gym and spa on the premises, and even the convenience of a small supermarket and varied restaurants within the neighborhood, so you could spend all your time here without any real need to drive very far. We fell in love with the home's comfortable furniture, unforgettable views and light, and the cleanliness and convenience of the house in general...and would recommend this abode to anyone who wants to experience a little bit of paradise! Owner Hugues is very kind and helpful, and Margarita, who checked us in, could not have been more warm and inviting. A perfect trip from start to finish.

Magnifique

Un décor de carte postale....une vue magnifique. Très bel appartement, décoré avec soin très bien équipé Excellente communication avec le propriétaire. La résidence est très bien entretenue. Une très belle et grande piscine avec le gros plus...les transats. Se réveiller face à la mer et profiter du lever de soleil...un bonheur ! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Excellent choix pour des vacances en famille eu soleil!

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans ce très bel appartement, correspondant exactement à la description de l'annonce : chouette déco, agencement fonctionnel, très bien équipé, très propre. De la terrasse et de la chambre, la vue sur la Méditerranée est magnifique et imprenable : on ne s'en lasse pas! La piscine est grande et agréable. Hugues, l'hôte, est vraiment adorable, très réactif, via WhatsApp : toujours prompt à répondre à toutes nos interrogations, il est très à l'écoute de ses locataires; il a visiblement à coeur de contribuer à nous faire passer un bon séjour dans "son paradis". La résidence est située sur un complexe privé (avec gardien à l'entrée), contenant notamment un golfe et des restaurants et quelques magasins (supermarché Ruiz Galan, pharmacie notamment). La plage devant l'appartement est accessible en une dizaine de minutes, par un chemin semi-enterré sous le parcours de golfe. Elle est très belle : propre, surveillée, pas de cailloux ni d'oursin (contrairement aux plages du côté de Malaga, d'après notre expérience). Juste du sable fin et de jolis coquillages. Une zone nudistes, pour ceux que ça intéresse... : - ) Aux environs de San Roque, pleins de belles découvertes à faire : Cadiz, Estepona, Ronda, Tarifa... Et bien sûr aussi Gibraltar (essentiellement Main Street) curiosité Anglaise aux couleurs de l'Andalousie, Je conseille vraiment cette location, les yeux fermés, si vous souhaitez vous reposer au bord de la mer, avec une météo au top.

Landlord is unprofessional

Without any notice, he asked for a large deposit in cash despite no advance warning in the listing . At checkout, he asked for additional money to clean the sheets! Never has this happened before. If there is a cleaning fee, it should be in the listing. The place itself is exactly as advertised but we had issues with the remote to get in and out of the property & garage/. Nice place, difficult owner
