"I turned up at 7pm and couldn’t get in rang the phone number numerous times and no answer. Had to stay somewhere else in the end. The following day I was txting the owner and he/she said that Expedia were trying to can’t act me to tell me I had to be there before 6. This was a lie and since then I cannot get a refund. Hotels.com are just as bad as they have told they me tried to contact owner but because they can’t get hold of them they’re not pursuing it. I’ve been robbed "

"We had an amazing time in Eva and Roberto’s beautiful house. The house was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. Eva’s warm welcome and great recommendations were top notch. Manque des ustensiles de cuisine pas de casserole pas de fourchette aucun produits menager liqude vaisselle savon....juste le stricte minimum. L'hôte est tres accueillante. Si on ne contacte pas la propriétaire pour savoir ou se trouve la maison il est pas possible de la trouver. Il faudrait mettre le non de la maison a l'entrée de garage."
