The property manager was great to help us out and very quick to respond. There must be more than one Cielo apt. because the pictures shown were not the apt. we stayed in."

"We had a little confusion in the beginning with the Waze app . Such quick response time !! The property is lovely. Highly recommend ! Pool lights hot tub beds perfect for a family trip !! We had 3 adult kids and us !! So fun to see all around La Fortuna! When the door got locked !! We got it fixed asap !!! Thank you ! Even had a sloth in the tree !!! Birds and wonderful jungle noises !! Great restaurants just 7-10 mins away by car !!"

"We had a most amazing time at gem of a place. We loved company of Mrs Marisel and Anyara. We had breakfast with them everyday. Josh took us for a night frog tour and had amazing knowledge. It was amazing hard work and love he put together in the property. You need a car to get to this place but its worth a try. There is a beautiful private forest behind the house where there are several birds who come during the morning (including at least three tocans), there are also atleast one or two sloths...

One of the owners of the home Judd was absolutely amazing recommending things to do, restaurants, and various activities. The property manager Leticia was exceptional as well. We needed for nothing and any question I asked was returned promply with kindess. "The accommodations were clean and modern. We wished that we had a closet in the rooms to hang our clothing, but overall it was very nice. Check in and communication with the host was difficult.
