Located less than a 10-minute walk from the public beach and downtown, right next to the new shopping center "Dominicus Village", where you will find a supermarket, pizzeria, sushi bar, pharmacy, gift shop, jewelry shop, casino, bistro-lounge bar and disco among others...

Active reception from 7am to 11pm and 24/7 security.

Swimming pool with Jacuzzi in the common area and possibility of barbecue (only a small fee of 250 RD$ or5US $ for gas consumption is paid) in the pool area upon reservation.

Apart from the gas consumption fee, the residential complex will not charge anything but under the condition of leaving the barbecue clean as it was found once finished
