    The residence is located in the heart of Dominicus, around a
    10-minute walk to the public beach. Guests have access to
    swimming pools, tropical green areas, private parking and
    24/7 security. Convenient self check-in is available
    via an electronic door lock.

    Complex Expansion
    The complex is currently undergoing an expansion.
    All swimming pools, common areas, and guest amenities remain fully available.
    Construction work takes place daily between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, so some temporary construction noise may be heard during these hours.
    To reflect this temporary inconvenience, the accommodation price has already been adjusted accordingly.
