"Great relaxing stay in a secluded cottage. Peaceful surroundings and an extremely accommodating host. The drive into town wasn’t too bad and we were able to take advantage of the city with day trips out. Would highly recommend having a rental car to get around town. The host was very helpful and attentive to any of our questions and needs. We enjoyed the quiet getaway."

"Nice gardens surrounding the house/palace in an isolated natural place inviting to relaxing and enjoy nature. Only 30 minutes to Santoña and other attractions. Restaurant team very friendly but people at reception were not friendly not knowledgeable, so making some situations uneasy. Only breakfast and dinner offered at the hotel restaurants. Food was quite good. A couple of local small restaurants in the town. We likes Casa de Montaña."

"This is a beautiful hotel nestled in the hills with very highly quality facilities and amenities. The food is great and the service is very personal. The staff are also very welcoming and hospitable. Juana, Yadira, Irima , Marcela and the team made us feel welcome and went out of their way to make us feel welcome . We will be back!"

"Arrived Tuesday, tired from a long drive from Toledo. Immediately looked after. Room was superb with a great view. Room was very clean, bed was excellent. Food very good. Loved the location of the hotel, after 20 days of travelling around Spain and Portugal this rejuvenated the batteries. An excellent hotel. "
