Pues en general bastante bien muy amables, lo único que un día había un insecto saliendo de la cama creo que era un ron ron pero yo había dejado todo cerrado y era el primer día solo mejorar eso, y se me acabaron los pañuelos y no los repusieron

MALA ACTITUD EN RECEPCIÓN

Mala experiencia durante el check in, la persona a cargo no fue amable, ni tuvo un dato cordial. No aceptan pagos a través de la página web de hoteles.com y cobran en moneda nacional a un cambio más alto que el cambio oficial. El check in fue engorroso y no encontraban la reservación. Deberían ser más cordiales

Muy buena atención y respuesta responsable a inconvenientes. Lamentablemente el área del la piscina que de hecho está contigua a la cocina estaba con un desfile de ratas y ratones inaceptable. Respondieron muy bien en servicio al cliente pero no volvería al menos por ahora

We do not speak Spanish and were super pleased to find that the front desk lady spoke English. She was super nice and helpful. We did find it stressful when our credit card didn't work there so we would definitely pay via Expedia next time when traveling Honduras (credit card company blocked charge) or let the cc company know in advance we were in Honduras. Hotel had a very traditional Spanish elegance to it. Inside it was very beautiful and nicely decorated. The room was wonderful and the bed was so comfortable to sleep in. There is 24 hour security person in the hotel which is awesome and also a lovely pool. We ate in the restaurant and the meal was wonderful and well priced for what is delivered. The waiter spoke very little English but did well acting things out with us. The front desk lady also came in and helped translate. The Chicken Bella is worth it! Must have. The shower was wonderful and I loved their complimentary soaps. Nice smell and not cheap feeling. Shampoo and conditioner worked great in long hair. AC worked great and is activated by the room key so it's not left on when you are out. Great environment initiative. These small things really matter when you've had a long day traveling. We will definitely stay again.

Quedé satisfecha!

El personal con excelente actitud y disponibilidad. La habitación limpia y con muy buena iluminación. Los alimentos del restaurante bastante ricos y el servicio de transporte efectivo y con personal muy amable y atento. Definitivamente hicieron de mi estancia un placer y lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Nice Hotel in the middle of San Pedro

Found the hotel to be boutique and well situated in San Pedro. The staff was very helpfull at all moments, breakfast was good, room was fantastic. The only reason I didn´t give them 5 star is because there was a little spot in the hotel in the second floor without airconditioning. Defenitely the price is well worth it compared with other hotels in San Pedro.

A perfect hotel for a first time in Honduras

This is a lovely place to stay - lovely room, great dining room and most importantly the owners and staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Anna was most helpful getting us oriented in San Pedro Sula with a personal tour. Carlos and Ruth went out of their way to make our journey to Copan Ruinas possible and the hotel driver made the 3 hour trip most enjoyable. Be sure to stay here when in San Pedro Sula

El hotel tiene encanto y el servicio es bueno, el personal muy atento.La ubicacion no es muy c'entrica, pero se encuentra en una zona tranquila y agradable. La manana de nuestra llegada, pedimos un taxi en recepcion y Carlos, el dueno del hotel, se ofrecio a llevarnos en su coche y mostrarnos la forma de movernos por la ciudad. En resumen, nuestra opini'on es inmejorable.
