The room was great. The staff were very helpful. But the area is super shady. You cannot walk outside after 5pm. Also, we were hoping that someone would speak English. Unfortunately, no one speaks English and we were left at a tough spot to use Google translator.

Nice cozy hotel. Stayed here with my family of 5. It’s walking distance to City Mall. Staff is very friendly. Hotel offers free breakfast with stay. My kids absolutely enjoyed the waffles for breakfast & I the “desayuno tipico.” Staff assisted us in finding someone to transport us to the airport. Overall we were satisfied with our stay. We would definitely stay here again upon returning to San Pedro Sula.

Lovely hotel

It was a lovely boutique hotel in San Pedro Sula, very close to a couple of malls. The hotel staff was nice & welcoming. They have a little restaurant and also a snack lounge area. The bathroom was huge and lots of space to get ready. My one and only small complaint is that the water was a bit too cold for my liking, lol. I expect it though.

Almost perfect for solo traveling

I loved the look and clean isn’t enough to explain how the floors shined. Room was comfy and had a balcony with a nice view. The gentleman that helped check me in and took my bags was great. Missing was a mini fridge in the room and the woman that checked me out didn’t have good customer service. She was confrontational when I was trying to go out for an errand. It was an uncomfortable moment. But I’ll definitely stay again and do recommend.

This is a beautiful property with everything there looking new and clean. Very modern. We felt very welcomed and the staff were kind and professional. The room was clean and I loved the bedding. AC worked great. Shower was lukewarm and not hot. When we arrived in our room, there was a birthday party going on in the backyard and the music was very loud, but it was over by 7pm so I was able to rest that night with no issue. The area was quiet otherwise. Our flight was early in the morning, so we told them we would be gone by the time the breakfast is served. But they still offered us sandwiches and fruits to take with. I appreciated the hospitality. I will come back if I travel to SPS again.

The location is right in the center of SPS, so it’s very close to the city mall. The pool seemed more decorative than functional. Check-in was a bit difficult because the receptionist didn’t speak English at all. Breakfast was one of the best features of the stay. The room was clean and looked just like the pictures online. The bathroom was spacious besides a few small cleaning details were missed. There was a guard at the entrance, which made us feel secure, and he was very helpful with all of our baggage. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. But to get anywhere I needed to rely on private drivers and frankly that was a problem. They wouldn't show up or forgot to pick me up. Both drivers work to support the hotel guests so this was a problem. The restaurant had limited hours. But the chef and her husband were very nice.
