I’m not usually a critic but in this case I’m going to make an exception. The ocean views are spectacular. Also the property manager Valentina was great. Her communication and customer service was professional but firm. However, as advertised “LUXURY” this unit is NOT. This unit is smaller than perceived from the pictures and pricing. It’s clear the people in charge of staging for vacation rentals have experience and have done a nice enough job although maybe in a bit of a hurry missing needed things which hopefully they will fill in. However, the unit appears to be about 90 - 95% complete with seemingly unfinished construction grade flooring in the entire unit. The details throughout are unfortunately lower quality than I would expect in a nearly new building or a property labeled LUXURY. It would also have been appropriate to disclose this is an accessible unit with ramps and light switches at about knee level for handicapped guests. The entire project outside this unit seems to have unfinished or poorly completed concrete work with lackluster or missing finish work. In the present condition this unit is disappointing, overpriced and we would not be repeat guests.
