Eglantina Condo - New Owner

Puerto Escondido is becoming the place to go to, and those who have been coming know that Eglantina is the place to kick back and relax. We are the new owners of Condo #14 and are upgrading it and making it available for a maximum of 4 people. Note that no one under 13 is allowed. Pictures are current as of Dec 2022. Wifi upgraded to Fibre optic in May 2023, providing around 75 mbps download speeds. Air Conditioning installed in January 2024.
The space
Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit is the perfect place for one or two couples with a balcony overlooking the pool and access to both rooftops for stunning sunset views. Several beaches are within walking distance as are great restaurants. Wifi has been updated to fibre optic lines as of May 2023. Speeds are now about 70 for downloads and 15 for uploads. Air conditioning in main bedroom and living room which can cover 2nd bedroom as well.
Guest access
There is a private balcony for your personal use. There is also a main pool and an oceanside spillover pool to use along with the complexes' other guests.

Both rooftops are for the use of residents no matter which building you are in.

Chairs and loungers are for common use but please do not leave towels on them when not using them.

Will the common spaces be crowded. Nope. There are only 21 units here in total and likely an average of 2 people per unit, if that. Most people go to the local beaches so the pools are empty much of the time.

Other things to note
Your place will be cleaned once a week on a day to be agreed upon on arrival. Cleaning is included in your rental price.
