Tzikin Jaay (Birds House)

  • The house is open concept. Built with wood, stone, clay and metal. With views and access to Lake Atitlan. Garden with edible and medicinal plants. Basic equipped A kitchen, dining room, a bedroom, bathroom, and much more.

    The house is located on the "farm road", a few minutes from the pier where the boats go to Santiago Atitlan. It is about 10 minutes walk from the main restaurants and bar area, and 10 minutes from the hill to downtown San Pedro. Because the house is far from the party area it is nice and quiet, but it is easy to reach from the center on foot or by tuk-tuk.
