"Staff were really helpful and friendly. Rooms were nice and food was good. Only disappointment was the roof pool and bar was closed as it was April and staff said ‘not summer, too cold’…."

"The site is currently undergoing renovation. There is no lobby to speak of yet. The rooms are functional but small and basic. The restaurant was uninviting. This is not a 4 star caliber hotel."

"Not what you’d expect of a five-star hotel chain: lumpy mattresses, cheap sheets that didn’t fit the bed, no kettle in room so hot water from coffee machine tasted odd, two tiny bottles of water in fridge, fan that didn't work overnight only in morning. However, room was clean and staff were nice when they were responsive."

Wish the continental breakfast had more variety for folks that are not from Spain, but the food was ok. The hotel is clean, well-taken care of and comfortable for the price. I enjoyed my relaxing stay. "
