This is one of the best stays we have ever experienced. Strictly due to the people! Our hosts were outrageously amazing. We could not have asked for better people to take care of us. If you stay anywhere else you are doing yourself a disservice. From breakfast, to dinner, to special treats! The stay was beautiful as well. Very convenient and beautiful. We wouldn’t have changed anything about our stay. 100/10

We really enjoyed our stay at North Beach Retreat. It was fairly north of town but there were a couple of restaurants nearby that had good food choices and it was nice and quiet. I personally enjoy a quiet beach that isn’t super crowded. When we arrived there was a “happy anniversary” message on the bed that I thought was so sweet and considerate. The caretaker checked on us frequently but not too much. He even brought us cinnamon rolls his wife made. The grounds were super clean and there was security for added safety; however, we never felt unsafe.

My care takers, Yvonne and Norman is what made my stay at North beach the most memorable! They treat their guest like family and make sure you are safe and fed with their home made authentic Belizean breakfast. Any issue I had they took care of it immediately. They kept me informed of any specials around the island and even invited me out to drinks and wings on my last day there. The retreat itself is so beautiful. the beachfront looks like a photo straight from a postcard. It is Amazing watching the sunset and sunrise! Norman keeps the grounds well kept and clean. If you are looking for a safe and relaxing stay this is the place to be. I cannot wait to come back to Belize and see my good friends again!!!
