"I recently celebrated my 60th birthday with my partner at this wonderful adults-only hotel; we couldn’t have chosen a better place for such a special milestone. From the moment we arrived, we felt wrapped in calm—the entire environment is peaceful, beautifully kept, and perfect for unwinding. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding customer service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure we had everything we needed. There’s a real family feeling here; it felt like staying with people who truly care about your comfort and happiness. The food was absolutely delicious, from breakfast to dinner. You can taste the freshness in every dish, and the variety kept every meal exciting. The chef’s tasting dinner was especially outstanding and quite educational about Belizean food and culture. Another huge plus was how flexible the hotel was with travel arrangements. Whether it was coordinating transportation or adjusting timing, they handled everything smoothly and with a smile. It took so much stress off our shoulders and allowed us to focus on enjoying my celebration. Overall, our experience was exceptional. If you’re looking for a place where you can relax, feel welcomed, and be treated with genuine kindness, this hotel is an absolute gem. We left with beautiful memories of a fantastic stay!"

"Clean room. Extremely friendly staff. Any issues Ed had were fixed within minutes with a smiley face. Only downfall was the beach. Unable to swim to excessive seaweed buildup. They had workers that kept up with the sea weed build up every day, but were unfortunately we were inable to ever swim at the beach as we would sink up your knees in seaweed everytime we walked into the water. Not a big deal for us though because we enjoyed Secret beach and other beaches in the area. We would definitely stay here again."

The employees are friendly and care that you're having a good trip. The pool and the service there was amazing. I will book there again if we stay on Ambergris Caye."
