"Originally I rated this 2 stars because I had a mix up with the date of my reservation and the supervisor at the front desk was completely unhelpful basically said NO and would not accommodate me even though it was Hilton's website that made the error ( I would be out a few hundred dollars). I still paid for an additional room. The next day after my stay a Hilton service rep called me and apologized and got me a refund for the date that was incorrect and gave me some Hilton points for my inconvenience. Service rep was great. Because of him I will keep using Hilton for my future stays. After that I changed my rating to 4 stars"

"Pros: Friendly staff, spacious rooms, close to downtown Disney easy walk. Cons: shower curtain was dirty, A/C unit was loud and breakfast was not the best, not a lot of variety limited space to sit down and eat, dining area felt very crowded"
