The hotel is perfectly situated, just across the road to the beach and the sea. This is now the third time we have stayed here and always find the staff very friendly and helpful. A room with a balcony and sea view just makes it even better?!

The staff were friendly and helpful and the cleanliness of the hotel was second to none. The breakfast was great a good selection of choice. All rooms face the mar menor which is beautiful. Will definitely be staying again. Hotel definitely recommended.

Nice short vacation

Good location. Good service. Like people before have informed, water boiler missing at the room and few electrical plugs. We brought electrical plug divider and travel cettel.

Really enjoyed our stay..great service, helpful staff, excellent cleaning of our rooms, couldnt fault breakfast...only a tiny negative observation was little effort went in for you to enjoy a drink in the evening...had to go to reception to get someone to get a drink..but would stay again..

Excellent

The hotel is in such a beautiful location and the hotel itself is beautiful. Rooms are comfortable and the sea view balcony offers amazing views, definitely get the sea view for the extra few pounds it is so worth it! Breakfast is excellent. Staff are amazing apart from one man with grey top knot on reception who was a little rude on a few occasions. Did not spoil it but could do with more customer services training! Rooms are thin and you can hear through the walls easily but it would not stop Me staying again. Would not hesitate. Loved staying here on the whole! Will be back soon 100% you won’t be disapponited .

You can hear your neighbors TV all night. Our other neighbor was fighting and yelling all night. We couldn’t sleep. The walls are very thin. Parking is a nightmare at this place. They advertise that they have parking but there is not instructions of where to park, we called and they had to check to see if they had room for us to park, and then it is it is a hidden garage underneath their building that they have to buzz you in, which was a nightmare getting our mini SUV into. The streets around this area are very narrow to drive. No screens on the sliding door in your room, every fly and bee has access to your room. Did not like this place.

Prettig verblijf vlak aan het strand

Perfecte ligging vlak aan het strand en bij de wandelboulevard. Heel vriendelijk onthaal en personeel, dat steeds klaar staat om te helpen. Kamers zijn voldoende groot, koelkastje is een leuke extra. Het terras is heerlijk om 's avonds te chillen. Het ontbijtbuffet biedt alles wat je kan wensen, perfect. Restaurants en bars in de directe omgeving, ook een kleine supermarkt ligt om de hoek. Parkeren kan in de garage van het hotel (12€/nacht) of zo'n 200 meter verderop op de publieke parking. Prijs-kwaliteit is dit een topper.

Gezellig hotel met uitstekende ligging

Fantastische ligging direct aan het strand en prachtig frontaal uitzicht vanuit de kamer. Buiten de zomermaanden geen restaurant en geen bar, wel een lekker ontbijtbuffet warm en koud. Parkeren in garage is duur (12 euro/nacht) gratis grote openbare parking op ong. 250 meter

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut.Direkt am Strand.Das Frühstück war gut.Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen,müssten teils renoviert werden.Schön wäre auch,wenn dieses Hotel,da es am Strand ist,Strandtücher zum Ausleihen hätte.Wenn die Zimmer renoviert werden würden,würden wir wieder buchen.

Location great ......hotel disappointing.

The location of the hotel was the only redeeming factor of this hotel. We stayed 3 nights including breakfast, but the restaurant was closed as was the bar throughout our stay. The receptionists ( three or four different ones) seemed disinterested with a couldn’t care less attitude. I appreciate there had been problems with flooding prior to our stay some weeks before but the staff should have tried harder because of this. I was told the hotel parking was unavailable and had to park in the street. The main reason for booking this hotel was a secure parking place. The rooms have very thin walls and conversations could be heard from both sides. There was no English speaking programme on the tv. which was a little disappointing. We do like updates on the news in general. Would not recommend this hotel.

Great location

The location was incredible. We got an ocean-facing room and had a great view. The person at the desk was extremely polite. The bed was comfortable. The bad part was that the air conditioning was basically useless. It was EXTREMELY hot at night, even with the AC on the coldest setting. This made it very difficult to fall asleep. Be careful if you’re staying here during the hotter season like I did.

Nice seaside hotel right by the Mar Menor. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Friendly helpful staff. We had a sea view room with balcony which was lovely.
