"Everyone at the resort was very helpful and accommodating. The resort was very nice. The only negative I have to say is the store on the property does try to price gauge non Spanish speaking customers and I saw multiple fake cuban cigars in their humidor that they were saying were real and the prices are very high."

"Ocean water was muddy! Never told us ( caver emptor )! Casino was a joke! The Dealers cheat and the Pit boss didn’t even care!my wife caught the Bar tender pouring cheap liquor into Top shelf bottles ! Not going back to Punta Cana anytime soon!"

"Hotel is brand new. Clean. Nice rooms with decent amount of space. We had a room that faced the water. It was beautiful on the balcony. Infinity pool wasn't used by us but looked lovely. The biggest problem is that there is nothing nearby. You are basically at the mercy of the hotel unless you Uber somewhere. We arrived and needed to eat around 4:30pm (starving because the airport has no restaurants on the arrival side that we could find). The restaurant had a very small menu of snack bites. I got a chicken Caesar salad which was ok. Dinner wasn't being served until 6pm. We only stayed 1 night before a cruise and it is close to the cruise port so points for that. I would probably stay again but eat before you arrive."
