The shower Dr sin was clogged and water would go over the shower enclosure. I mentioned that to the cleaning person but was never fixed even though I used lots of towels and left them soaked. The room was cold and the carpeting is old. The staff at the executive lounge is not pleasant and untrained tables unset for diners until you sit there

I had a wonderful stay at Gran Hotel in Mexico City! The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Everyone was attentive and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The excellent cleanliness and warm hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!
