"We had a great stay here in our 2nd floor room. No complaints. We had everything we needed in the room. The kitchen was one of the best stocked for kitchenware that we've experienced. That staff were all great and helpful in booking a snorkeling trip. We didn't take too much advantage of their services, but they will help you book dinner reservations, outings, golf cart rental, etc. The pool is on the small side, but great for cooling off during a hot afternoon. "What a great deal this place was considering it is located in the middle of everything and only a block away from the water taxi station. As you exit the water taxi station, walk straight past the clock tower and you’re there. Only a 2 minute walk. The staff members were friendly and gave us a warm welcome. We arrived in the morning and we were able to leave our luggage in the lobby while we toured the town. The room had AC, a TV w/ lots of streaming apps, a fridge, microwave and a mini coffee...

"This property is managed by Vacasa and it's a nuisanse. When you're traveling you'd appreciate having all the information in one source. Unfortunately, in this case VRBO site merely redirects you elsewhere which is often inconvenient. They stay itself was pleasant. The staff was responsive and accomodating. We found the $15 AC surcharge a bit strange and actually a bit spoiling the impression. I doubt it's a good business model (we didn't take it)."
