"My experience was the worst! I feel uttery disgusted and extremely disappointed. I strongly suggest to not rent this property. When I reserved this property, the payment has been deducted from my account already and non refundable. I was expecting to be able to hear from the host after several messages over a few days up to the time of arrival. When we got there, the caretaker was not aware that they have a guest. She hurriedly cleaned the house. It was dusty and musty. We found cockroaches, molds, peeling wall paints. The aircon filter has a thick layer of dust, the bidet hose is leaking. There is a dog cage and dog in the yard which was not mentioned in the advertisement. We wanted to leave the same night but could not so we waited til morning. The electric company also came in the morning to shut off the electrical supply for non payment of bills several months. Good thing it was only reserved for 2 nights. We left after 1 night and still waiting for a refund from the owner who have not made any contact with us. "

"Rooms are not clean especially the bathrooms and there are many bugs! The food is not so good and cleanliness in general is something that they need to really work on. "

"It was alright. We were upgraded to room 822. The room was big but it was near the road so the noise bothered me. Bath towels didn't smell fresh. Breakfast was just okay."
