Tutto sommato rapporto qualità prezzo va bene. Il villaggio andrebbe più curato. La piscina bella.

Struttura meravigliosa, si potrebbe gestire meglio

Luogo stupendo, struttura nuova e graziosa, si potrebbe gestire meglio! Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che per la prenotazione mi hanno fatto dannare, ho prenotato un mese prima è ancora 4 giorni prima mi dicevano che non era arrivata la prenotazione, e in più ogni volta che chiamavo non rispondevano mai al telefono, ma comunque una volta arrivati lì e vedendo la riviera dei cedri ci siamo dimenticati di tutto! Camere comode e confortevoli con aria condizionata, la pulizia superficiale! Piscina bella e grande, ma con pochi lettini, per trovarne uno libero si deve andare la mattina alle 9 altrimenti tutti pieni (anche perché la gente lascia le cose dalla mattina, occupa il posto e torna il pomeriggio)! La colazione a buffet ricca e ottima! I ragazzi dell'animazione poi sono MERAVIGLIOSI! Tuttavia posso dire di aver passato un bel soggiorno e forse, l'anno prossimo, ritorneró!

Tre giorni da dimenticare .... La camera era sporca ed è' rimasta sporca in tutto il soggiorno , nonostante abbia fatto presente la situazione hanno fatto orecchie da mercanti ...la Wi fi nonostante riportavano sul sito hotels.com fosse presente in tutte le camere era completamente assente , inesistente .... La camera non era una quadrupla così come da prenotazione e da mail di conferma inviatami da hotels.com bensì una tripla .... Per quanto concerne la colazione una cosa impresentabile ne abbiamo usufruito solo la prima mattina prodotti veramente scadenti ... Cosa molto grave per due giorni sia io che la HOTELS.COM abbiamo provato a contattare la struttura per chiedere chiarimenti su notizie tipo il servizio spiaggia , la navetta , pagamenti tessere in loco ecc ecc abbiamo telefonato ed inviato mail ma non è pervenuta alcuna risposta ne' telefonica ne' tramite mail ... Ad ogni modo struttura interessante e ben posizionata purtroppo gestita da persone inadatte a svolgere questo ruolo !

Paesaggi indimenticabili...Villaggio bocciato.

Alle 21.00 non si trovava ancora la mia prenotazione. La stanza assegnata, dopo mille problemi, era senza aria condizionata, con una TV che neanche mio nonno...lo scopino del bagno arrugginito, un letto matrimoniale composto alla meglio con due letti singoli...e mi fermo qua. Mi chiedo in base a cosa assegnino le stelle...perchè questo Villaggio, a parte la meravigliosa collocazione geografica, è davvero gestito malissimo ed è tutto di bassa qualità.
