It was a smooth trip for me. It was my first trip to CDMX and the property offers a lot inside or very close by until you gain confidence enough to spread out. The room service is very fast and delicious. Learn to greet in Spanish because you will not be ignored.

Everyone made the stay here amazing. Yael, Alejandro, Lazaro and Joseluis were very informative and had great customer service. The property is beautiful with a great view to the Zocalo. My family and I will be staying here again. Loved it!!!

Good location they clean the rooms everyday just be aware but you can turn them away if need be

The rooms are cozy and clean. Make sure you don’t miss out on the delicious breakfast. Enjoy the included coffee and snacks on your way out to your daily tours. The staff is incredibly friendly, especially Jose Luis who can be found at the entrance, always offering a friendly smile and warm greeting upon entering the hotel. He was incredibly helpful in getting a really quick transportation service to the airport when I was stuck waiting for my second uber attempt after the first cancelled due to unexpected street closures. Jose Luis stepped in and got us a taxi within 5 minutes ensuring we made it to our flight on time. Thank you Jose Luis and the staff at Hotel Zocalo Central. 100% recommended.
