Villa is wonderful, however, location wise, a car is essential as there is no way to get to a shop on foot and only one (but very nice) local restaurant. Beach is 20 mins away in a car.

Safety Concerns

Suction pipe on pool has no warning and very strong. I got a bruise on my leg when it was sucked in. It could have easily been the children's hair when they were collecting their dive toys. So please make sure your watching everyone in the pool at ALL times. Blinds were broken so let in a lot of heat and toilet upstairs was turned off for 4 out of 10 days. Furniture on roof is unusable (torn/dirty) Lots of other little things hut these were the main concerns.

Casa en San Miguel de Salinas

Estuvimos 5 días en este alojamiento y la verdad es que lo recomendaría 100% en cuanto a las calidades de la casa. En cuanto a la ubicación tengo que decir que está como a unos 20 minutos de la playa de Guardamar y como a unos 15 minutos hay un centro comercial que está muy bien. Por todo ello la puedo recomendar 100% para ir a pasar unos días con una familia o con unos amigos.

Exceeded expectations

Brilliant stay here in San Miguel! Villa is absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations. Super clean and modern with all mod cons, making it a great stay! Plenty of towels and necessities. Pool area is lovely as is the rooftop which gets the sun all day. Location is easy to find with the town only a 5min drive away where there are supermarkets, restaurants and a few bars. We were a group of 10 who stayed here for 5 nights for a wedding in nearby Los Alcázares. Our only other feedback is that it would be good if there was a few more mirrors around the villa and a full length mirror. Thanks to Helen and Lee for being great hosts!
