Our home is located in the southern part of the island, in Las Chafiras. It’s a very peaceful and cosy home, where we’ve taken care to pay attention to every detail. Our home features 2 bedrooms, a living-dining room, a full bathroom, a kitchen, and a small terrace. It offers all the comforts of home in a very quiet residential area. The kitchen is very well-equipped for culinary enthusiasts, with every amenity you could need. It also features a living room and a small terrace where you can relax after a day of exploring the island. And for the little ones—or anyone who loves relaxation and tranquility—there are three pools: two large ones for adults and one small one for children. Throughout the year, the pools are rarely crowded, making them ideal for a peaceful and pleasant stay; the pool area is very spacious and features lounge chairs. The property has the advantage of being very well located, halfway between the sea and the mountains, 10 minutes from Reina Sofia Airport, and very close to the main beaches in the south, including El Medano, Las Galletas, Los Cristianos, and Playa de las Américas, among others...
It’s also just a 2-minute walk (200 m) from the newly opened “La Gran Manzana” shopping centre. There you’ll find a wide variety of dining options and all kinds of essential services, including supermarkets, hair salons, a gym, a pharmacy, and fashion stores...
