The residence is situated in a green area close to a beautiful pinewoods and just few meters away from the beach. The flat can accommodate up to 6 guests and is situated on the first floor. It features a modern living room with a double sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed, a room with two single beds, a terrace and a garden. Additionally, the apartment provides 1 reserved parking space.
Beach distance: 500 mt.
